Larry Letow
President/CEO
Larry Letow is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Convergence Technology Consulting. As President and COO, Larry is responsible for the management and leadership of the organization. He first joined Convergence Technology Consulting in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to President in 2006. Prior to joining Convergence Technology Consulting, Larry served as Sr. Vice President of Infinity Consulting Group, where he held overall responsibility for the Southeast Region, including corporate operations and marketing. Larry also served as the Sr. Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Vericom Systems, Inc.
In 2009, Larry was awarded the Howard County Technology Council Legends Awards for his years of service to the industry and community. Prior to that, he was awarded the Technology Council of Maryland's Technology Executive of the Year Award in recognition for his outstanding contributions to the growth of Convergence Technology Consulting and community involvement. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Tech Council of Maryland, Chairman of the Ulman Cancer Fund for young adults, and serves on the following boards for Maryland Governor's GWIB, University Systems of Maryland and Towson University.
Tiernan Wallace
Chief Sales Officer
Tiernan Wallace is the Chief Sales Officer of Convergence Technology Consulting. As Vice President, Tiernan is responsible for sales leadership and the management of the sales force. He first joined Convergence Technology Consulting in 2002 as the third employee. Prior to joining Convergence Technology Consulting, Tiernan served as Vice President of Sales for Secure Recording Systems, where he held overall responsibility for the National sales.
Tiernan graduated from the University of Maryland and has been involved with supporting and sitting on the board many organizations in the Annapolis area such as the Ward 1 Association, Germantown Homewood Civic Association, Young Friends of Historic Annapolis, Court Assisted Special Advocates (CASA) and the Chesapeake Regional Tech Council (CRTC).
Alvin Chen
Chief Engineer Officer
Alvin Chen, Chief Engineer of Convergence Technology Consulting (CTC), is responsible for technical execution for the organization. Prior to joining CTC, Alvin worked at a Vericom Systems as an engineer for Microsoft and Citrix technologies. Alvin is involved in ensuring that Convergence designs and executes successful projects that exceed customer needs and expectations and are built on solid and proven technologies.
